Our second trip to this beautiful hotel was fantastic. The room had a pretty view of the lake and beautiful grounds. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff, especially Sarah at the front desk, was amazing. The location was perfect for exploring the Seneca wine trail and there were quaint shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food was delicious. it was a great stay at a perfect hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is perfect - right on the edge of a beautiful lake with a view that takes your breath away. We were able to walk to most of the activities in the area. We loved the personalized turndown service.

This hotel has it all! The location is perfect, right in the harbor area and within walking distance to wineries and other attractions. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a great stay. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with nice touches like dressing gowns. The service and basic amenities are top-notch.

Clean, spacious rooms with great amenities like bathrobes, hair dryer, and chocolates. Excellent water pressure and hot water in large tiled shower. Enjoyed morning newspaper and well-stocked coffee station. Ideal location for Fingerlakes activities.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with a short walk to the village and shops. It was very convenient to have everything within reach. The on-site restaurant and bar were also a great advantage, offering delicious food and drinks. The pot stickers in the bar were a must-try!

The parking situation. The free on-site parking was limited, and there were reserved spots for race teams, which made it difficult for guests to find parking when they returned to the hotel.

The location was fantastic, right near the beautiful state park with its stunning waterfalls. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

The breakfasts were delicious, except for a slight issue with too many sauteed onions on the breakfast pizza. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The staff were so friendly and went the extra mile for you. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. I loved the Jacuzzi bathtubs in the rooms. The view from our room which faced the lake was amazing. The room was impeccably clean, the beds were amazingly comfortable, the bedding was luxurious. The large shower was great and the water pressure was terrific. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. The desserts and bread were excellent too. The staff was attentive and friendly.

Felt like at home, no complaint.
