The breakfast ladies were super welcoming, and the cozy little pool was a great spot to unwind after thrilling food adventures in the area. Plus, having a fully equipped kitchen made whipping up late-night snacks a breeze!

We stayed for 6 nights, and while they said rooms would get tidied every other day, it took until near the end of our stay to see any action. Thankfully, our essentials were quickly taken care of after a little nudge, and it didn't overshadow the fun we had exploring local eats!

bathroom was huge, which was a nice surprise. The kitchenette with a large fridge came in handy during the hot weather. I appreciated the friendly breakfast staff, but the sliding bathroom door was a bit inconvenient and the overall temperature control could use improvement.

Brekkie was proper lekker, and the room had everything we needed for a lekker stay. Target’s just a 3-minute walk, perfect for last-minute snacks! The chommies at reception were sharp-sharp with check-in, made us feel right at home.

Found a few little insects around, which was a bit off-putting.

The location is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by cleanliness issues. There were flea bites on family members, which was concerning. If you're looking to explore, bicycle rentals are available nearby, making it easy to get around.

The Residence Inn is a solid choice with a comfortable and clean room. The pool area is inviting, making it great for family time, and the breakfast is surprisingly good for a hotel. Although the location is convenient, the walk back from the beach can be quite long after a day out.

I loved the spacious Penthouse Suite with 2 Queens and a sofa bed. The kitchen was a total win—having a full fridge and stove made it easy to grab snacks or cook meals. Plus, the room layout was nice for our family! There were even added touches like a night light in the bathroom, which was super handy. The breakfast variety each day kept things interesting, too. Just wish the cleanliness had been a bit better—noticed a few spots that needed attention.
