The rooms at Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte/Ballantyne are just so cozy and inviting. The wet bar and laptop-friendly workspace made it feel like a little home away from home. I felt really comfortable and loved having a spacious seating area.

I personally found the air conditioning a bit too chilly at times.

During our romantic escape, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the room. the housekeeping staff made sure our bed was made and the bathroom was clean and stocked with fresh towels every day. It added a nice touch to our stay and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient. We easily found it and it was close to various attractions and restaurants, allowing us to explore the area without any hassle.

One thing we didn't like was that on one occasion when we went down for breakfast a little later, there wasn't much food left. It would have been better if they continued to replenish the food until the allocated breakfast time.
