The free valet parking was a great convenience, and the hotel's location in a great area near the mall and high-end shops was perfect for us. The breakfast provided a great variety, with both hot and cold options, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

As someone with physical handicaps, I was impressed by the accessible facilities at Hampton Inn & Suites South Park. The newly renovated rooms were comfortable and the Jacuzzi tub was a great feature. The location near the mall and restaurants made it convenient for dining and shopping. The staff, especially Teresa and Matt, were exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
