I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Mobile for a weekend getaway. From the moment we arrived, the customer service provided by Ayesha was outstanding. She greeted us with a warm welcome and even upgraded our room to a spacious family suite free of charge. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the entire property was well maintained. Additionally, the convenient location near I-65 made it easy for us to explore the area. The breakfast to go option was a nice touch, offering a variety of choices. our stay was enjoyable and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The associate at the counter was pleasant during check-in. The hotel was nicely looking and very clean. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of channels on the TV. The breakfast was pretty good, and we enjoyed the pool. We also had a superb dinner at a nearby restaurant. The Lyft driver took us to the wrong restaurant, but we got to see beautiful homes and scenery. The location was convenient to visit downtown area and the Port of Mobile.

We had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. We were traveling through Mobile and stayed for two nights. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering everything from scrambled eggs to delicious waffles. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The complimentary parking was a great convenience. The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, ordering us a pizza when we arrived tired and hungry. we were very pleased with our experience.
