I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in a beautiful area on the riverwalk. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the river. The service at this hotel was top-notch, from the friendly valets to the helpful staff at the front desk. They made sure that everything was taken care of, including bringing our luggage to our room and hanging clothes in the closet. The room itself was amazing and exceptionally clean. I loved the spacious bathroom and the oversized tub. It was such a treat to relax and soak in the tub each night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with sheets that were to die for. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely book this hotel again in the future.

The hotel restaurant was excellent, offering delicious meals. The staff, especially Elmo at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made sure I got the room I had booked through a third party. I am grateful for their assistance. The location of the hotel is perfect, situated on the quieter part of the Riverwalk. It is just a short, scenic walk along the river to reach the bustling action of the city's restaurants.

I recently stayed at The Westin Riverwalk for a relaxing weekend getaway. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's prime location along the Riverwalk. It was so convenient to have the open restaurant right on the river, offering stunning views while enjoying a delicious meal. The friendly service provided by the staff, particularly Lisa in the gift shop, added a personal touch to my experience. However, Martin, the front desk concierge, truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. His hospitality-focused personality made a significant impact on my overall happiness during my time at the hotel.

The location by the river walk was good, close to LaVillata shops and the great restaurants with cozy outdoor seating. Our room had a nice view of the river and was quite spacious with an elegant bathroom. The facilities such as the pool and gym were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff at breakfast was friendly and accommodating.

Despite these advantages, the room was poorly soundproofed. The walls were thin, and we could hear the street noise and other guests in their rooms.
