During our romantic escape, we really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. They were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also a key factor for us. It was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and even a Starbucks. Additionally, the hotel offered a comfortable and nice ambiance, providing us with a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

There were a few minor drawbacks. the elevator in our room made a buzzing sound when it started moving, which could be heard from the adjacent room.

The room was comfortable with two Queen beds. Nice desk area and comfortable chair. Good TV, microwave, and refrigerator. Nice breakfast and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Convenient location next to an office building.

The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the amenities and service provided. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was within walking distance to several restaurants and places we wanted to visit in Hampton Roads. It made it very convenient for us to explore the area. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were fantastic. They were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered a variety of options, although it would have been nice to have eggs included.

We had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn! The staff greeted us with big smiles and made us feel like VIPs. The housekeeping team was friendly and always said hello. Towanda went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel's location was perfect for shopping and close to the highway. Plus, the 24hr coffee and delicious breakfast made our mornings even better. I highly recommend this hotel. Overall I recommend this hotel.
