The breakfast at Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Aurora had a nice variety and even provided trays for guests to take food back to their rooms.

I felt very lucky, no complaint.

Our stay at this hotel was a great value for money. The attention to detail was evident in the spacious and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location close to the Aurora outlet mall was convenient, and the added amenities like the love seat instead of a couch and the option for an extra bed for our daughter made the stay even better. The breakfast offered many more options than other Hampton Inn locations, making it a great way to start the day.

The bed was super comfortable and the room had a modern design. the hotel is conveniently located near the Premium Outlets, perfect for shopping enthusiasts like me. Another advantage was the digital key system, which made check-in and check-out a breeze.

There was no recycling on the premises, and the staff didn't seem concerned about it. It was disappointing to see disposable plates and cutlery being used.

The staff went above and beyond. I had an issue with the sheets on the first night and it was resolved immediately. The hot chicken noodle soup in the lobby was a nice touch. The pools were great for kids. I will recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near Aurora University

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, especially since my daughter is attending Aurora University. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be staying here frequently over the next four years. I highly recommend this hotel.

The fitness center and pool were well-maintained, providing a serene escape.

They did not have a point system for housekeeping, which was disheartening for a long-term guest.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the amenities provided in the room were wonderful. The hotel facilities, especially the pool area, were fantastic. The kiddie pool with the frog slide, fountains, and water buckets kept my child entertained for hours. The adult pool with the volleyball net and beach balls was great for some fun in the water. The hotel staff always ensured that there were plenty of towels available for the swimmers. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I plan to return next year.
