We absolutely loved our stay at the Homewood Suites! The modern and cosy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy parking and a Whole Foods and Starbucks nearby. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were a great addition, and the outdoor swimming pool was fantastic. The suite was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. everything was high quality and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were immaculate, from the clean room and bathroom to the relaxing pool area. The location was perfect, as we were close to everything we needed, including shopping malls and the hotel's business center. We were able to explore the city easily and find everything we needed without any issues.

The location of the hotel was perfect - it was in a prime area with easy access to everything I needed. the breakfast was excellent - a great variety of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the fitness room had all the equipment I needed for a good workout.

The only downside was that the coffee machine in the room didn't make a great cup of coffee. It would be great if they could upgrade to Keurig machines for a better coffee experience.

They promptly took action, securing the bug and arranging for an exterminator to investigate. Although the experience was unpleasant, the staff's professionalism and responsiveness were commendable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal for my needs, with easy access to both the convention center and Carowinds. The cleanliness of the facility, including the room, bathroom, lobby, pool. The friendliness of every staff member I encountered was a standout aspect of my stay. Furthermore, the grab-and-go breakfast provided a good variety of options, and the full kitchen in the King Suite was a convenient feature. Despite a minor confusion regarding breakfast charges, the overall experience at Homewood Suites was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Charlotte.
