The staff was super lekker, especially that friendly lady at reception who sorted us out at 2:30am! Brekkie was grood with fresh options, loved the warm pool while it was freezing outside. Felt right at home, got more than expected!

i had an absoluteley dreadful stay at this so-called Hampton Inn. breakfast was the worst, brown bananas and mushy apples? really? and why was the closet behind the mirror, honestly? i was also shocked to not see any offer of an upgrade given the inconvenience, it woudl ve been nice to be treated like something special. just couldn’t give a good review.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff helped me with sim cards on my first stay. I highly recommend it!

Had a delightful time! The king size suite was spacious and cozy, just as shown online. Plenty of parking was a bonus, and it was right next to shops and eats—perfect for our lazy days!

The maid service played a game of hide and seek with my room—only showed up once in five days! I half-expected a cleaning fairy to pop out from behind the couch.

Had a king studio with a sofa bed. The air conditioning was great, and the flat-screen TV plus free Wi-Fi was a plus. Loved the bathroom with a walk-in shower. The indoor swimming pool and fitness center were refreshing. Staff were super helpful, extending my stay when I had a flat tire. Located near shops and restaurants, this place is a winner!

Room cleaning was disappointingly infrequent during my stay. I was only serviced once in five days, which made me anxious about lingering food odors. A broom or dustpan would have greatly improved my comfort and cleanliness.

It was just a decent option for a swift visit in Saint Charles with good value considering the price it charged. The saltwater pool was a nice touch after a long day. Park your car in the back to find more space.
