For the price we paid, we got great value as the room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in the city. The staff at the Metropole Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful recommendations and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the town center and the rail station. We loved how close it was to all the pubs and restaurants, making it easy to explore the vibrant nightlife. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, from the friendly bar staff to the helpful reception desk. They even recommended a great concert for us to attend, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We were impressed with the range of services offered, including room service, car hire, and tours assistance. The manager was particularly accommodating and even discounted our room rate. The leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were a lovely addition to our stay. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.

Our stay at the Metropole Hotel was excellent value for money. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-decorated. The location was amazing, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Mr. Crean and Kaitlyn for going the extra mile to make our large family gathering special.

This hotel is a fantastic find! Its central location by the River Lee makes it easy to get to all the activities in town and is very convenient for the railway station. The staff are great, and the service is excellent. The amenities are lovely, particularly the recent renovations, and the rooms are comfortable and offer beautiful river views. The food and drinks are fantastic, especially the great cocktail and gin selection at the Met Bar.

The location was extremely convenient, just a short walk to the coach and train stations as well as the shopping area. The room was small but well-appointed with a nice HD TV and a full-size bathroom. We appreciated the abundance of coffee and tea in the room. The staff was very helpful, allowing us to check in early despite our arrival before the designated time. It was the perfect hotel to start our holiday in Ireland. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent amenities.

I recently had a delightful stay at the Metropole Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is superb, with numerous bars and restaurants right on the same street. My room, although small, was clean and well-kept. The lobby area and the bar and restaurant were top-notch, offering delicious food and drinks. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was a pleasant experience in a bright and airy room overlooking the River Lee. Despite some minor drawbacks like a small room and portions that were a bit small, my overall stay at the Metropole Hotel was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and prime location. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel had great rooms with comfortable beds and a central location. It was close to St Patrick’s Hill and just a short walk across the bridge to all the shops and restaurants. the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the bar had a lovely atmosphere with an evening piano player. the breakfasts were amazing with plenty of choice. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a fabulous pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, steam room.

There was only one working elevator, so there were times when we had to wait. Additionally, there was no AC in the rooms, and on some nights it was a bit loud if we left the window open.

They made some arrangements for us that really saved time and we didn't have to wait long to speak to the manager. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, exactly as shown in the pictures. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge buffet and personalized options for eggs, pancakes, and waffles. The amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities, mini-bar, and in-room safe, were all top-notch. We also enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and swimming in the indoor pool. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
