The hotel was beautifully scented, clean, and comfortable. The TV had plenty of channels, and the fridge was cold. The hot tub was amazing, and the staff were fantastic. The free airport shuttle was convenient and the bathroom had great features.

Couldn't fault.

King rooms were not available, so we were given double queens on different floors. We brought our own pack-n-play and had to squeeze it between beds. We managed with the limited space and had a decent stay. Good service and free airport shuttle.

The room was fabulous, staff friendly and attentive, no rushed atmosphere, smiles all around, exceeded expectations, quick resolution to mix-up.

The suite was perfect for our family, giving us plenty of room to spread out. We were impressed by the clean and updated room, making us feel comfortable and at home. The check-in process was a breeze, thanks to the efficient staff member, Evan. The hotel was busy with a family reunion, but everything ran smoothly. We also appreciated the reasonable price for the suite, especially with teenagers. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the beltway and not far from Charlotte. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa whirlpool room we stayed in. It was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also amazing, providing a variety of delicious options. The staff were super friendly and helpful, particularly Stephanie. She quickly resolved any issues we had with our booking and room, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location, near I 85, restaurants, and Concord Mills Mall. Clean rooms, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Minor issues with ice and vending machines, but overall a good experience. Helpful night attendant.

I traveled to Concord for the NASCAR Sprint cup race and stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites. From the cheerful welcome at reception to the moment we checked out, it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were modern, well-equipped, and particularly clean. The hotel was conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the racetrack and there were excellent bars and numerous eateries within half a mile. I couldn't have chosen a more suitable hotel for our purposes.

I had a great stay at Hampton Inn! The newly renovated rooms were gorgeous and the staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel had a cozy and well-taken care of facility. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a one-night stay. The hotel breakfast was also yummy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money at the Hampton Inn in Concord. The room was comfortable with a cozy bed, and the location was convenient near the interstate, food, and shopping. The staff treated us wonderfully, providing special touches for our wedding night and being cordial and professional.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, especially considering the current circumstances.
