I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Kansas City for a weekend getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable and clean, ensuring a restful sleep. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of options including toast, eggs, fruit, and waffles. The staff was extremely accommodating, delivering extra bath towels within 10 minutes of our request. The front desk gentleman, Tom, was particularly friendly and informative, addressing me by my last name and providing exceptional service throughout my stay. The spacious rooms, complete with a large refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of storage space, gave it a homely feel. my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's parking was easily accessible and felt safe, thanks to the well-lit parking garage. The location was perfect for exploring the Plaza, as it was within walking distance. We loved being able to stroll around the Plaza multiple times a day, enjoying the beautiful views. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel had a great location, close to popular restaurants and attractions. the complimentary parking in the large parking garage was a huge advantage, especially in the city center. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with fast elevators and a quiet air conditioning system. It was also a pleasant surprise to have a complimentary breakfast, which was a good start to the day.

The manager, Christina, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable after a rough start. She apologized for the initial inconvenience and made sure we were taken care of. I would recommend this hotel.

We loved the location of this venue! It's in a beautiful neighborhood and so convenient for all activities in this area. The service was excellent too! We especially appreciated the dry cleaning and housekeeping services. The room was equipped with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The indoor swimming pool and spa & wellness centre were top-notch!

Drawback: The walls were quite thin, so we could hear noises from the hallways and other rooms. However, it didn't significantly impact our overall experience.

We were able to easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. We appreciated the complementary cookies provided by the front desk upon arrival and the fact that self-parking was free in the attached garage. the pool was nicely maintained and perfect for swimming.

Our positive experience was overshadowed by the rude and unprofessional staff at the hotel. Despite making reservations ahead of time, we were not accommodated for our specific room requests and were instead given a room that was not up to our expectations.

Great location, right by the Plaza with restaurants and shopping. the staff was friendly and recommended a bar with cheap drinks and burgers. the rooms were spacious with two queen beds and connecting rooms, which was perfect for our group. the hotel had a pool, gym, and a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including waffles. the gym was roomy and the pool was practically empty. Free parking was available under the hotel and there were plenty of sanitizers and wipes for use.

The plumbing could be loud in the morning when everyone was starting their day. It would have been nice to have an exhaust vent in the bathroom.

As young people, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast with Belgian waffles, and well-stocked fitness room.
