I simply adored the elegant decor of the hotel. The lobby and communal areas were adorned with beautiful floral arrangements and tasteful artwork, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior traveler, I appreciated the thoughtful placement of comfortable seating throughout the hotel, allowing me to rest and take in the surroundings at my own pace. Additionally, the hotel's convenient accessibility features such as grab bars in the bathrooms and spacious elevators made my stay comfortable and stress-free.

I would have appreciated better assistance for senior guests from the children of the staff.

The rooms were very neat and decent. the facility itself was clean and well-maintained. the hotel had a convenient location in downtown, with easy access to restaurants and pubs. Additionally, the free breakfast provided was great with a variety of options and the views from the hotel were decent.

I was disappointed that toothpaste and shower caps were not provided automatically and had to be requested. It was also inconvenient that a physical credit card had to be presented for entry, as not everyone may have one.

The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The valet service provided by the staff was efficient and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is perfect, with many restaurants within walking distance in Downtown. We particularly enjoyed walking to the West End and Deep Ellum areas, which were both easily accessible from here. The service was top-notch, from the moment we arrived. The staff overheard our conversation and found our reservation right away, even accommodating us with an upgrade at the reception desk. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette and a comfortable bed. We also appreciated the indoor swimming pool and fitness centre, which added to the overall luxury and comfort of our stay.

As young people, we loved the awesome breakfast and the location within walking distance of the Sheraton hotel. The room on the second floor had lovely views and was clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the gym facility was excellent. it was a superb and attractive environment to stay in.

The location is fire - we were able to hit up Dealey Plaza and the Majestic Theatre in a hot minute. The modern digs and comfy beds were lit, and the free brekkie was clutch after a late night.

Yo, it would have been even sicker if they had a chill rooftop hangout spot. Just saying, a rooftop lounge would have taken our party vibes to epic levels.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the two shower heads were a fantastic feature. the hotel design was cool and the room was cozy and well-furnished. the breakfast had a variety of choices and was served until 10 a.m. We had a great view of the town from our 18th-floor room.
