The rooms at Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas East are so cozy and comfortable. I felt right at home with the flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a desk. The private bathroom with complimentary toiletries was a nice touch that made my stay even better.

I wish the rooms had more natural light. It's just my personal preference though;

The hot breakfast had a good variety of options and was well-maintained. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

It's located in a quiet area, with plenty of fast food places nearby and a Walmart just a couple of minutes away. There's good lighting around the property, and the gym and pool are well-maintained.

Staying here enhanced my trip. I was impressed by the modern decor and comfortable bedding, I couldn't help but sleep in. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which served a variety of choices, and I also appreciated the staff's kind gesture of providing me with a snack bag for the road. The shuttle service was an added convenience for my travels.

The location is so convenient! You can easily walk to several restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, pristine bathroom, and soft linens. The staff is so friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile and making you feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast is really good, with fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, muffins. You can also enjoy the indoor pool and gym, which are well-maintained and modern.

The manager Taylor and front desk associate Tianna provided excellent customer service. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities like a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. The hotel was clean and quiet despite its location near the expressway. It was also conveniently close to downtown Dallas and various dining options.

Had a great Xmas stay in a new and affordable hotel. the staff was wonderful and friendly, offering a couple of complimentary gifts that made the stay even more enjoyable. the hotel's location was a short drive to many popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. One of the best aspects was the comfortable beds and pillows that provided a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

The area surrounding the hotel was a little run down, with few food or shopping options nearby. While the breakfast was ok, the service could have been better.
