Stayed at a convenient location with a microwave in the room. Although the sink didn't drain well, the beach and city center were just a short walk away. Overall I'd suggest this hotel.

I liked the hotel's location—very close to the center and close enough to Santa Cruz Beach. Although there was no continental breakfast, I liked the coffee and tea options in addition to good pastries. the staff was so friendly, the room was clean, spacious, and with a comfy balcony. My family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Santa Cruz offers a wealth of landmarks that enriched our family bonding, from Mission Santa Cruz to the Santa Cruz Wharf.
