The hotel's location was fantastic, conveniently situated near the Interstate and with easy access to downtown Dallas. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the comfortable beds felt like sleeping on a pillowtop mattress. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff was wonderful and polite throughout my entire stay.

The hotel had a well-stocked shop with realistic prices and plenty of luggage carts were available. It was conveniently located near the convention center and transportation was easily accessible.

We did notice a lack of cleanliness in the room and common areas.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect for the rabbit show at the nearby convention center. Being adjacent to the convention center made it incredibly convenient for us. Secondly, even with the area experiencing a lot of rainfall, the hotel was well-maintained and we didn't have any issues with our room. Lastly, the hotel's proximity to restaurants made it easy for us to grab a bite to eat without having to venture too far.

Although the breakfast was typical, we were intrigued by the absence of breakfast meat, which was a unique experience for us. we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and neat, and the kitchen in the suite was handy with all the necessary dishes and pots provided. the location of the hotel was great, with fast food restaurants, a Wal-mart, and easy access to the interstate nearby.

The noise level in the hotel was very high, with people yelling in the halls throughout the night. Despite staff intervention, the noise never subsided, and I had to use earplugs to get some sleep.

Helpful staff, beautiful rooms, separate living area, good breakfast, friendly black woman, Max was great at check-in.

During my stay at this hotel over Christmas, I was impressed by the cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere. the room was tidy and well-maintained, and I particularly appreciated the fact that it had a kitchen with all the necessary dishes and pots. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with several fast food restaurants and a Walmart nearby. Being right off the interstate made it convenient for exploring the area.

There were a few downsides to my experience. the pull-out couch in the room was not comfortable at all, as the mattress seemed worn and thin.
