I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. I was impressed by the value for money. The prices were affordable, especially considering the great amenities provided. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated close to local attractions in the Reading area, as well as outlets and restaurants. I found this hotel to be a great choice with its attention to detail, basic amenities, and breakfast included.

Good location, close to major routes and shopping outlets. the furnishings were nice and the breakfast had plenty of selection.

The smoking area was right outside the front door, so you had to walk through the smokers as you went out. It was very inconvenient and unpleasant.

I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in a great location. The property was clean and the staff was friendly. I loved the noon check out time, it made our stay relaxed and unhurried. The room and updates were tremendous, and I particularly enjoyed the spaciousness and big screen TV. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, including the quiet and up to date elevator. a worthwhile experience.

The room and bathroom were clean and updated. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the location was convenient, close to attractions and amenities. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was a bonus for storing and preparing snacks.

The staff seemed indifferent and not very welcoming. the breakfast had a decent variety of options, but the cleanliness and replenishment of food were lacking.

As longer term business travelers, we found the pool, courteous staff, and wonderful breakfast to be perfect for our needs. Our 3-year-old granddaughter especially loved the pancake making machine and the pool! The hotel's cleanliness and proximity to our event made it a great value.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was convenient, being close to everything and with easy access to the Reading area and Vanity Fair Outlets. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, especially the updated facilities and the modern walk-in shower in my room. The bed was extremely comfortable, and having a fridge and microwave in the room was a must for me. The breakfast provided in the dining area was delicious, and I really appreciated the variety of options available.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the ballpark and many local attractions in the Reading area. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms come equipped with a jacuzzi tub and TV. Breakfast is included and offers a great value for money.

The lady working in breakfast area and person in pool area was very nice and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was clean and worth the value. The hotel’s location was great, as it was situated close to several local attractions and just a short drive away from the downtown area. The nearby outlets and local restaurants offered plenty of dining and shopping options. In addition, guests appreciated the friendly staff and comfortable, well-equipped rooms.

Some guests reported issues with housekeeping and cleanliness, with hair found in the bathroom and chips left on the carpet.

Prompt 6am breakfast, well-kept dining area, cozy tables of all sizes. Friendly staff provided spacious and clean rooms, with updated facilities and a quiet elevator. Great experience at this IHG location. Though the bathroom was a bit tight, it was clean. Good food, except for slightly spoiled milk. Two rooms across the hall for convenience and a good breakfast, only downside was unheated indoor pool.
