The room size was excellent with two queen beds. Heating & Cooling worked properly. Plenty of pillows. Good view. Delicious breakfast with friendly staff. Terrific and amazing staff members. Vending and ice on every floor. Nice little "store" in the lobby. Very clean facility with professional and courteous staff.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was right off the highway, making it easily accessible. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the rooms were spacious, clean, and inviting, providing a comfortable environment for guests.

During my stay, there were a few issues that need to be addressed. some of the phone and electronic charging USB slots on the nightstand in my room were broken and unusable.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. Two standout employees, Davion and Shakela, made our stay truly memorable. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a good heating/cooling system. The location of the hotel is also convenient, close to everything we needed.

There was a minor issue with the door leading to the refrigerator and the privacy of the sliding door could have been improved. Additionally, the electrical outlets on the nightstand were worn out, making it difficult to keep phone chargers connected.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Des Moines for a weekend getaway. From the moment I arrived, the staff, including Davion and Shakela, provided top-notch customer service. The room was spacious and clean, with a reassuring clean seal on the door. I appreciated the convenience of having vending and ice machines on every floor, as well as a small store in the lobby. Despite being busy multitasking, the staff remained friendly and helpful during check-in and breakfast service.
