The HVAC controls were a major drawback as they constantly turned off when there was no motion, resulting in a restless night of sleep. the walls and floors were thin, making it difficult to ignore the noise from neighboring rooms and above.

The room was spotless, comfortable bed with great pillows, friendly front desk staff, spacious room and nice bathroom.

I had a great experience at Hampton Inn in a convenient location near Somerset Collection and plenty of restaurants. the hotel itself was nicer than other Hampton Inns I've stayed at with a clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. the African American woman at the front desk was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I also enjoyed the peaceful outdoor patio near the pool.
