We had a fantastic stay at Hilton Garden Inn! The hotel is clean, modern, and situated in a beautiful area with scenic views. The location is also convenient, with great restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Ryan the bartender, Larry at the front desk, and the housekeeping team, were all friendly and made our stay pleasant. We appreciated the little touches like the warm cookies at night. we had a wonderful experience.

Good location - situated near the Androscoggin River and the River Walk with access to downtown restaurants. Parking was easy with space available in and around the gated lot. the beds were comfortable and on the softer side, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel also offers beautiful views of the surrounding area.

No emergency lights in the stairwells during a power outage and no business center, gym, or food available. There were plants obstructing the visibility of handicap signs, automatic door plates, and emergency fire alarms.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Lewiston/Auburn area and I must say, it was a great choice. the location was absolutely stunning, situated by the river separating the two towns. The scenic views were a pleasant surprise and added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. They even went the extra mile by stocking the room with good quality toiletries and providing a whirlpool bath in the spacious king bed room. Lastly, the value for money was excellent, with breakfast included in the stay. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the basic amenities offered by this hotel.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the hot tub was out of service, which was disappointing since it was one of the reasons I booked the hotel.

We recently had an amazing experience at a hotel overlooking a beautiful river that offered a stunning view of the city and had access to a riverwalk that led to various restaurants and areas for activities. The in-house garden restaurant was a great place to grab a meal with our family who live in the area. The hotel is situated in the Freeport area which was perfect for us to visit various spots. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean, with fresh towels and toiletries provided every day. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The gym and pool offered a great advantage with modern equipment that was well-maintained.

The elevators were extremely slow despite the size of the hotel.

The food at the hotel exceeded my expectations, with a delicious tomato basil soup and perfectly cooked eggs. The staff at dinner were friendly and attentive. The hotel also offers cleanliness, comfort, and great value.
