As party people, we loved the energetic staff and lively atmosphere at the hotel. The cleaning staff kept our room spotless, and the pillows were absolutely amazing. Plus, the breakfast spread had plenty of fresh fruit and green tea, which was a refreshing change from the usual pancake options.

I had a fantastic time during my recent stay at a hotel in Dumas. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I requested an upgrade to a king bed and was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a complimentary upgrade. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and cozy king bed.

Although I had to adjust the thermostat a few times to find the perfect temperature, it didn't hinder my overall experience. The only other minor drawback was the water-saving shower head with limited settings, but it didn't affect the amazing shower experience.

Convenient location right off the highway made it easy to get to and from the hotel. the efficient check-in process allowed us to quickly settle into our room after a long day of driving. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast provided a good start to our day before hitting the road again.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. we noticed a foul smell coming from the refrigerator in our room, but since it was late at night and we were only staying for one night, we decided not to complain and just avoided opening it.

Lots of fresh fruit in the morning, green tea, English-speaking cleaning staff, clean room, comfortable pillows, good coffee.

No electricity for 4 hours.

We got to explore the town, and it's really a neat little city. We also tried a really great barbecue spot nearby. As for the hotel, they did provide free breakfast and a shuttle to the airport, which was much appreciated.

Our Thanksgiving stay overall was not great. the hotel rooms were dingy, and the hallway carpets had stains.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Dumas in Dumas was a great choice! The staff was responsive, the room was clean, and the pillows were amazing. Wonderful room with a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was like a luxury resort, with fresh fruit smoothies and delicious omelettes. The staff, especially Angel, was welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
