The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the great bars and eateries in downtown Florence. Despite our faucet handle being broken when we checked in, the housekeeping did an excellent job replacing any necessary items and keeping our room clean. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure to ask about my stay and gave me great recommendations for places to eat in the area. the rooms and lobby were clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of choices including a delicious omelette, coffee, bacon, and more.

There were a few issues during my stay. the hot tub jets didn't work properly and despite a maintenance man attempting to fix them, they broke again in the evening.

It was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Despite being close to downtown, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep.
