Incredible Customer Service

We arrived at the hotel excited for a swim, but unfortunately, the pool was closed. However, the check-in person went above and beyond to ensure we still had a great stay. Not only did they handle our check-in smoothly, but they also handled the situation with grace and empathy. Despite the disappointment of the closed pool, their excellent customer service made up for it. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the fitness center was also well-maintained. The hotel's proximity to restaurants made it convenient for dining options. One of the standout experiences was when I left my cell phone in the room and Taylor Pruitt went above and beyond to bring it down to me just in time for my meeting. She truly saved the day!

The breakfast, despite some minor issues, had a decent variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.

Housekeeping did not service our room at all during our two-night stay, despite removing the Do Not Disturb sign at 10:30 a.m. the coffee bar in our room was not restocked, but thankfully the 24-hour one at the front desk had everything we needed. It would have been helpful if the hotel had mentioned on their website that the pool was closed, considering the current circumstances.

The hotel had a great coffee and tea bar, which was a nice touch. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, especially Hannah who checked us in. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we loved the luscious white comforters. The breakfast was tasty and saved us money compared to eating out.

Our room had some cleanliness issues, with dust on the furniture and a questionable shower floor. However, Amber at the front desk explained that the hotel was under new management and working on updating features.

We had a great stay at Hampton Inn in Jamestown. the breakfast had a nice variety of choices and the coffee was delicious. the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Special recognition to the acting supervisor who went out of her way to assist my daughter with special needs. It was heartwarming to see her interact with her and even give her cookies.

I loved the late check-out option, now I can stay in bed longer and delay my responsibilities. The lobby is so modern, I felt like I was in a fancy art gallery. And the staff really knew how to keep me entertained with their advice on what to do during my stay.

Just can't get enough of those floodlights shining through my window at night, it's like having my own personal spotlight!

The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The evening and day shift desk clerks were wonderful, and the acting supervisor even interacted with and provided special attention to my daughter with special needs. The beds were extremely comfortable with fluffy pillows and comforters. The pool had a cute water feature, perfect for kids. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with hot options, a waffle station, oatmeal, a variety of juices. the hotel provided excellent amenities and facilities for guests, including those with disabilities.

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of options and I particularly enjoyed the sausages and omelettes. The hotel also had a nice pool with a fun water feature for kids. I got great value for my money and would definitely stay here again.
