We had a delightful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Glendale. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They even called our room to check on us and sent a text to see if we needed anything. The friendliness of the staff made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of.

This hotel was a great value for the price, offering good prices and attention to detail. Located close to the interstate and conference, we were able to easily get around and were within walking distance to everything we needed. The rooms on the 2nd floor, above the lobby check in, were very clean and well-kept, and we enjoyed a hot breakfast next door.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was wonderful, right down the street from the Westgate entertainment district, University of Phoenix stadium, and the new Desert Diamond casino. The rooms were basic and clean, just as expected from a hotel in this price range. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure to check in and see if we needed anything. The breakfast was very good, with a delicious selection of typical Holiday Inn Express fare. the hotel was well-maintained and definitely worth another stay.

The hotel is newer and very clean, with friendly staff who were always a pleasure to interact with. The breakfasts were delicious and provided a good start to each day. We also appreciated the hotel facilities and the close proximity to the stadium.

The bed was comfortable, and I loved the layout of the room with the sofa/seating area and coffee table. The breakfast selection was substantial and the food was delicious. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy walking distance to the Gila River Arena, Westgate Entertainment District, and other stores and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the stadium and concert venue I was attending, as well as many restaurants and bars. The hotel even offered a shuttle service for convenience. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious, and I especially appreciated the virtual assistant, Ivy, who was always available to assist with any requests. I was impressed with the excellent service and amenities provided.
