I had a fantastic stay! Cleanliness was excellent, from the room to the bathroom. Location was great for getting a good night's rest. There's a strip mall right across the street with a Walmart and a few eateries within walking distance. The staff, particularly Diane and Denise, were professional, helpful, and made me feel at home.

I especially loved that there's a 24-hour complimentary coffee stand across from the front desk!

Secondly, the attention to detail was fantastic, with clean and comfortable rooms that had nice carpets and basic amenities like a microwave and mini-fridge. Lastly, the location was ideal, situated in a quiet area close to stores, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Oh, and did I mention they have rooms with jacuzzi tubs? So luxurious!

The room was great, with a huge TV and nice shower. We were impressed with the dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. The staff was friendly and prompt to fix our broken AC unit. I’d recommend staying here.

A great advantage was the room rate, which was affordable and represented excellent value for the money.

I must say that the noise level was slightly annoying. the walls were relatively thin, and I could hear other guests talking right outside my room.

We stayed at Best Western in Russellville due to Hurricane Irma, and the staff and community were incredibly kind and supportive. They provided us with necessities like water, food, and even money for our journey home. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast options were plentiful and the pool was clean and enjoyable. Despite the circumstances, the hotel maintained a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
