The vibrant mix of Spanish and English spoken by both customers and staff added to the lively atmosphere. The 24-hour coffee service was a delightful perk, ensuring we always had a caffeine fix. Additionally, the free airport shuttle was incredibly handy for our travels.

The staff at Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Airport South/Blue Lagoon felt exceptional, always going above and beyond to assist us. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them, and their helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the spacious and clean rooms with great facilities. The hotel staff were helpful and the underground car park was superb. The location close to a strip mall made quick pickups possible. The hotel provided a shuttle to the airport, which was quick and easy.

We enjoyed our Christmas stay at this hotel. the location was key, being close to the airport and with a shopping plaza across the street. It was convenient having a Publix, Starbucks, and Walgreens right there. the breakfast provided was good, giving us a nice start to our day. the free shuttle to the airport was also a bonus, making our travel arrangements much easier.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. the first was that the beds were old and uncomfortable.

The gym and pool are available day and night.

While there were some phone issues and a broken whirlpool, the staff were proactive in their assistance.
