Excellent breakfast, with options for a leisurely meal. Easy access to the airport, with just one train station and a short walk to the hotel. Nice area with restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly staff and daily room service.

The hotel offers a fabulous breakfast and excellent service in the breakfast room. The hotel lobby is spacious and the rooms are clean and spacious as well. The location is just outside the tourist hub of the canal belt but still within easy walking distance to the museum district and other attractions. The hotel has its own garden directly on the canal, offering a peaceful oasis. The view from the top floor Business Lounge is outstanding.

I had a great stay! The staff was extremely helpful and supportive. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean. The 24h reception was very convenient, allowing me to leave my luggage after check out. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for places to visit. The breakfast was delicious.

We had a pleasant stay in a nice neighborhood close to all the museums. The room had a great view of the canal and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries and had good water pressure. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and professional. We also enjoyed the executive lounge and the extra perks for being Honors Diamond members.

The plastic toiletries provided in the room were unsustainable and could be improved.

The hotel had impressive decor and a large lobby. the rooms were basic but had comfortable Hilton beds and pillows. the hotel also had a great location, with easy access to tram stops and a non-touristy street full of lovely restaurants and bakeries within a 10-minute stroll.

The hotel was located far from the central Amsterdam area, making it inconvenient and costly to travel to the city center. Public transportation options were available, but it would have been better if the hotel were closer to the main attractions.

The breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable. Plus, they offered complimentary water bottles and the location was really convenient for sightseeing.

They pre-authorized my card even though I paid cash and the staff complicated the payment process.
