I wished they had a free shuttle service to and from the airport. That would have made transportation much more convenient for guests.

As guests with families, we loved the free shuttle service to Dolphin Mall. The double rooms and suites were spacious and well-equipped, with a fully loaded kitchenette and two TVs. Doris at the front desk provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She had great knowledge of the hotel and surrounding areas, recommending delicious restaurants like Las Vegas.

Had a great stay during New Year at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Chris L. who made my checkout a breeze. The location was key, with convenient access to everything I wanted to visit. The hotel also offered early breakfast and 24/7 coffee and fruit in the lobby, which was a nice touch.

There were a few downsides during my stay. The ongoing renovation was quite disruptive, with hammering and drilling noises throughout the day.

The drivers, Leon and Althea, were very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the highway, making commuting easy. There was also a great Cuban restaurant next door and a shopping center down the block. Plus, the Dolphin Mall was just minutes away. The complimentary breakfast was awesome and there was plenty of free parking available. The concierge staff was also very informative and helpful.
