I wished they had a free shuttle service to and from the airport. That would have made transportation much more convenient for guests.

As guests with families, we loved the free shuttle service to Dolphin Mall. The double rooms and suites were spacious and well-equipped, with a fully loaded kitchenette and two TVs. Doris at the front desk provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She had great knowledge of the hotel and surrounding areas, recommending delicious restaurants like Las Vegas.

I stayed at Hampton Inn for the US Open and Ultra Festival. The front desk clerk was helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked. The hotel is conveniently located near various eateries, with a shuttle service to malls and Walmart. The staff is friendly and the shuttle service to the airport is good. it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

Had a great stay during New Year at this hotel! the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Chris L. who made my checkout a breeze. the location was key, with convenient access to everything I wanted to visit. the hotel also offered early breakfast and 24/7 coffee and fruit in the lobby, which was a nice touch.

There were a few downsides during my stay. the ongoing renovation was quite disruptive, with hammering and drilling noises throughout the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the Dolphin and International malls, as well as Walmart, was a great convenience. The drivers, Leon and Althea, were very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the highway, making commuting easy. There was also a great Cuban restaurant next door and a shopping center down the block. Plus, the Dolphin Mall was just minutes away. The complimentary breakfast was awesome and there was plenty of free parking available. The concierge staff was also very informative and helpful.
