This hotel is very near a large mall, making it incredibly convenient for shopping enthusiasts. The rooms, equipped with small kitchens and walk-in showers, are a great value for money. The staff offers excellent service, ensuring attention to detail in every aspect of your stay. The breakfast included is a delight, with a variety of items to choose from.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Check-in was at 9PM with Marianne, who was wonderful. Upgraded to 2 bedroom suite. Tastefully furnished, well arranged rooms with kitchen. Excellent staff care. Evening meal 4 days a week, hot breakfasts daily. Indoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, outdoor basketball. 24-hour coffee or tea. Welcoming and helpful staff. Complimentary movies and breakfast.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. the hotel was conveniently located next to a mall and several restaurants. We enjoyed the complimentary dinner and breakfast options.

The room temperature was too hot, and the thermostat was only in one room. the hotel had only one elevator, which caused some waiting time.

The staff at the hotel were outstanding and very friendly, making us feel like we were part of their extended family. the accommodations were great, with clean suites and convenient facilities such as laundry and ice machines. We also enjoyed the outdoor cooking area and rec area, perfect for hanging out and having a good time. it was one of the best hotel experiences we've had anywhere.

One area of improvement could be providing more information in the rooms for guests. It would have been helpful to have a booklet or brochure describing the hotel amenities, local restaurants, and attractions in the area.

I recently stayed at Homewood Suites in Holyoke for a family vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The pool and hot tub were a hit with my kids, and the exercise room was a nice bonus. The beds were really comfortable, and the large suite provided plenty of space for my family of six. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and we also enjoyed the free wine and beer during the weekdays. The location was ideal, with easy access to the nearby malls and towns like Northampton and Amherst. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be coming back.
