We had an amazing stay at Hotel La Jolla! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Our Deluxe King Room was spacious and offered stunning ocean views. I loved relaxing on the balcony while enjoying the breathtaking sunsets. The Sea & Sky restaurant was also a highlight, with a fantastic view and friendly service during breakfast.

Some areas of the hotel felt a bit outdated.

Accommodating staff made our stay pleasant, with a special nod to Eric and the poolside barman Oscar for their kindness.

Elevator renovations caused delays. maintenance and cleanliness issues detracted from the experience, leaving some areas feeling outdated.

my previous stay in san diego was nice, but this time with curio collection it completely exceeded my expectations for our honeymoon. the breathtaking ocean view from the balcony was unforgettable, and the recently renovated room added a modern touch that made our stay truly special. waking up to the sound of waves and the beautiful sunrise was the perfect start to each day.

The hotel has an amazing location near the beach, and the views from the room balcony are just spectacular for sunsets! It's a chill spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city, perfect for a relaxed getaway.

On a downside, the maintenance could use some love—lights hanging like they're auditioning for a circus! And don’t actually plan to sleep if it’s warm. the AC is more of a suggestion than a promise!

Our stay in the Deluxe King Room with Ocean View was nothing short of spectacular! We enjoyed breathtaking sunsets from our balcony, and the modern amenities made us feel right at home. Plus, the easy beach access was just the cherry on top of a perfect getaway!

our stay was rewarding, thanks to friendly staff and lovely views from the balcony. the café on the top floor served delicious food, and being able to walk to nearby shops and the beach was a great plus!

the elevators were slow during renovations.

Lovely location and stylish hotel with good-sized rooms, perfect for a relaxed getaway. The views were great, and I enjoyed the beach access—just what I needed! Worth a visit for the ambiance alone.

However, the old fridge looked like it might explode at any moment, and the shower had a 'watch me' feature that I could definitely do without. Talk about privacy, right?

The corner room provided a quiet retreat with stunning ocean views, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The spacious accommodations, coupled with a comfortable bed, ensured a restful stay. While the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, I found the breakfast offerings a bit limited, particularly for vegetarian options. On the positive side, the friendly staff at the Sea & Sky restaurant made dining a pleasant experience, elevating the overall enjoyment. However, a few maintenance issues, such as the outdated fridge, were noted and could benefit from attention.
