We had issues with the payment process and were not given the room we booked. the fire alarms went off multiple times, causing distress for my granddaughter.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that every corner of the hotel was spotless, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of negative aspects of my stay. I was disappointed that the pool was not open during my visit, especially since I was looking forward to taking a swim.
