I got great value for my money at Hampton Inn. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff treated me with friendliness and went above and beyond to help, like when they promptly shipped my mother's forgotten phone.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me when I had car troubles on my way there. They assured me that my room would be held no matter how long it took me to arrive. The size of the room was perfect, allowing me to comfortably relax after a long day. The breakfast was superb, and the friendly lady who served and prepared it made the experience even better. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to explore downtown Memphis.

The staff was really nice and helpful, even offering us muffins for the to-go breakfast when we woke up late. The facility and our rooms were clean. The bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean.

We had issues with the payment process and were not given the room we booked. The fire alarms went off multiple times, causing distress for my granddaughter.

The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with restaurants and shopping just a few minutes away. The best part was how clean the hotel was. I was pleasantly surprised to find that every corner of the hotel was spotless, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of negative aspects of my stay. I was disappointed that the pool was not open during my visit, especially since I was looking forward to taking a swim.
