Value for money was exceptional, with spacious and beautifully presented rooms, and the comfiest beds we've ever slept in. The hotel's location next to the train station and a short walk from the Mersey side was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and even upgraded our rooms.

The breakfast option could be improved with more affordable and enticing dining choices.

The hotel was very modern and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. the rooms were excellent, with great lighting for reading and a high level of cleanliness.

There were a few aspects that were not up to par. We were told to sit "wherever" and had to find our own tableware, while the staff chatted amongst themselves.

Great gym and location, polite staff. the gym was well-equipped and the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. the staff were very polite and accommodating.

Noisy room and expensive dining. the room was quite noisy and some of the amenities were not as comfortable or easy to use as they could have been.

Wow! the location of this hotel is perfect, right next to Lime Street station. the staff at reception were super welcoming and helpful, providing us with directions and a map of the city. the hotel itself is stylish and on-trend, with clean and well-presented rooms. Our room was by far the best I've stayed in, with a big bed, big TV, and a well-designed bathroom. the hotel also has great views and offers a delicious breakfast. They even looked after our bags for the day and ordering a takeaway was no problem.

The location of Radisson Red was absolutely brilliant, making it easy for me to explore the city. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a beautiful decor throughout.

Radisson Red did not disappoint! the bar/restaurant had delicious starters and drinks, and the room was spacious with a comfy bed. the shower had good water pressure and the sound of trains was minimal. the staff was friendly and the location couldn't be better, right next to the train station.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Liverpool. the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the decor in the hotel was impressive. the staff showed excellent customer service and were very attentive. I particularly want to thank the lady who changed our room without hesitation. the room itself was exactly as shown in the pictures, with modern decor and plenty of space. the bed was generously sized, although the pillows and mattress were not as comfortable as I had expected. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you can afford to upgrade to a room with a view.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, being right next to Lime Street station. This made it very easy for us to explore the city and get around. The reception staff were welcoming and the check-in process was quick. The room we stayed in was clean and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and a stylish bathroom. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the food was delicious. the hotel provided us with a positive experience during our stay.

One negative aspect of our experience was the lack of attention to detail in the cleaning of the room. We discovered blood stains on the quilt cover and bed sheet, which was quite off-putting.

radisson red in liverpool was a fantastic hotel! the location was perfect for sightseeing, rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff, especially eva, were incredibly friendly and attentive. we had a wonderful time in the bar with eva and the guitarist. overall, a superb experience that exceeded our expectations.
