Exceptional breakfast with a rotating menu.

I had an issue with my reservation as the staff couldn't locate it initially. This caused a frustrating delay of about 20 minutes while they scrambled to figure things out. Even after I was placed in a different room type, there was no apology or acknowledgment for the inconvenience caused, which left me feeling undervalued as a guest.

Had an awesome time with friends! The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the hot breakfast with plenty of choices each morning. We also enjoyed a fun day at The Rock Sports Complex across the highway, and it was great to have access to a boardroom for our group activities. Highly recommend this spot for a group vacation!

Loved the comfortable beds and the amazing breakfast variety, but the squeaky sofa bed and noisy bathroom fan were a bit annoying. Would definitely choose this spot again!

A quick maintenance issue with the door lock was resolved promptly, but the sofa bed was noticeably squeaky, which detracted slightly from our experience.
