Being in Milwaukee for business, I stayed at Hampton Inn. the breakfast had great variety and was well-stocked. the staff, including Camille, was exceptional. the room was spacious, quiet, and well laid out. the hotel facilities were clean and modern, making my stay comfortable. the location was also very convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised by the impressive service. A staff member texted twice to inquire about room satisfaction and to clarify check-out. Breakfast had more than enough variety. Only minor issues were heavy bedding and road noise. highly recommend.

Well-located hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and great amenities including a pool and sauna. The breakfast was delicious and well-maintained by the friendly staff. The shuttle and reception team were incredibly accommodating and even offered me an umbrella on a rainy day. highly recommended for those looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in the area.

The staff helped me print documents on first visit. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Fitness center & Indoor pool. Coming back for New Year.

We recently had a great experience at a hotel in the Milwaukee area. The location couldn't have been more ideal for us as we were very close to the event we were going to and within easy reach of most attractions in the city. In particular, we appreciated how close we were to the Boerner botanical gardens, which was a real highlight of our trip. We were very impressed by the room and bathroom, which were spotless and well-appointed. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with plenty to choose from, and the woman running it was incredibly friendly and helpful.

While we had no major complaints, the beds were a little creaky and uncomfortable. However, this was a minor point and did not detract from an otherwise excellent stay.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the clean rooms, free breakfast, coffee, and convenient amenities like the pool and fitness center. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Multiple entrances from the parking lot made it very accessible.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the staff was amazing. They were so friendly and attentive, giving us great service from the moment we checked-in to the moment we checked-out. Secondly, the location was perfect! It was close to everything we needed to get to, which made our trip so much easier. And lastly, the breakfast was fantastic! It offered some unique gluten-free options like the ones Dawn made sure so nicely were constantly restocked from typical options like yogurt found elsewhere.

All was really good, nothing to complain about!

The cookies at 5pm and the coffee bar were nice touches. the hotel is conveniently located near ski slopes. the room was clean and had a decent size.

The customer service was lacking, with staff not being very friendly or helpful. the breakfast was below average, with minimal options and low-quality food.
