The Queen Room was super spacious with a microwave, refrigerator, and sofa bed. Loved the shower, tea/coffee maker, and the TV. Free toiletries and ironing facilities were a plus. The fitness center and indoor pool were well-maintained. Breakfast had tons of choices, and the staff was really helpful.

the staff was super helpful with my business needs and had coffee ready early. the locks were changed, and I had to wait for my key card.

Room security concerns!!! The lighting around the property leaves much to be desired for evening arrivals!!! Limited parking availability can really throw a wrench in your plans!!! Would appreciate more accountability during complaint resolutions!!!

Had a good stay, but they gotta step up their game with room security—feeling a bit uneasy about that. Breakfast was choice, heaps of options.

absolutely shocking stay. first, the staff ignored me while I stood in the lobby as the girl yammered on her phone. then, I woudl ve thought a nice room upgrade was a given, not a luxury. I almost considered a good review, but who could, with such dreadful service?

The hotel's location was absolutely prime! Just a hop across the street from MSU's stadium. super convenient for catching games. Staff were genuinely friendly and went all out with the breakfast options.

We had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Murray! The Queen Room we booked was surprisingly spacious, featuring a microwave and refrigerator, which was perfect for our family. The breakfast spread was delightful, with fresh fruit and great coffee. Plus, being a short walk from Murray State University was super convenient for attending events!

The only downside was the busy parking situation.

Had a good laugh with the chommies at reception. Everyone was so friendly, and the brekkie was lekker—fresh fruit and good coffee! Our room felt like a bush lodge, clean and comfy, even the aircon was on point!

Only bummer was the parking—could be a bit tricky during busy times.

Location was spot on for us since we were close to the university! The pool was a blast for the kids, and breakfast options were top-notch with something for everyone. Staff were super friendly, especially Rich who made us feel welcome. Just wish parking didn’t get so tight during busy times.
