I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Makati for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly accommodating and polite. They went above and beyond, even calling us when our door was slightly open and leaving us thoughtful memos. As a lovely surprise, they also gave us a small cake for our anniversary. The location, right at Glorietta mall, was perfect for shopping and dining, and we didn't have to worry about the rain. The room's WiFi connection was excellent, and we also received two complimentary drinks and a membership with ihg.

Convenient location, excellent service, comfortable and clean accommodations, good variety of food options. Close to malls, avoiding Manila's traffic. Kids loved the food choices and the room with double beds. Friendly and helpful staff who treated us positively. a great hotel experience.

As young families, we loved the spacious rooms and complete amenities provided by Holiday Inn & Suites Makati. The friendly staff also accommodated our request for a complimentary birthday setup, making our stay extra special. The rooftop pool and the adjacent Oz bar provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience in the evenings. The location was perfect, with malls just a stone's throw away, making it convenient for our family outings. The breakfast selection was wide and delicious, satisfying everyone's cravings. it was a great experience and we look forward to coming back for another enjoyable staycation.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn in Makati, I was impressed with the exceptional concierge and bell service. They were always ready to assist us and even checked taxis for us. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby malls and restaurants. The added bonus of having a bidet attachment in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise.

Although I do have to mention that the housekeeping staff could improve their cleaning standards, the overall experience at Holiday Inn was wonderful. From the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and softest pillows to the delicious breakfast, adequate gym facilities, and strong Wi-Fi.

Friendly and attentive staff. The housekeeper, Rowell, was professional and always ensured our room was sparkling clean. We received helpful tips from Alex at the front desk, who even arranged our transportation. The location is perfect, right beside Glorietta mall. The gym is open 24/7, and the pool and bar are a great combination.

I was impressed by the efficiency of the housekeeping and the wide variety of cuisine offered at the breakfast buffet. One unique feature that stood out to me was that they recorded the taxi's number plate each time I took one. I had a comfortable stay with attentive and respectful staff.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Makati during my recent visit to Manila. The spacious and clean rooms, convenient location on top of Glorietta, and friendly staff made my experience truly enjoyable. The hotel's location close to the airport and right next to the Glorietta Mall is a major advantage. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to easily access the mall from the hotel. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay.

This hotel is in a great location within Makati's business district and on top of a shopping mall, which is very convenient for business travellers. The amenities are ideal for work purposes and there is a good working table with a view in the room. The breakfast is a good spread at Flavor and is included at the same rate.

I was impressed by the regular fruit dish they provided complimentary, as well as their kind treatment when I wasn't feeling well. the breakfast had a variety of delicious dishes and the service during breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn to friends and family.

We had a luxurious stay in this hotel with exclusive amenities that met our needs. the rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect for lounging on a sunny day, and the Spa center offered a range of massages and steam room services. the restaurant served delicious food with special diet menus available.

The service was excellent, but we experienced a minor issue getting to the correct reception area upon arrival. the friendly staff quickly directed us to the correct location.

The hotel's location was great, as it was attached to a shopping mall and had easy access to other malls. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a good hot water system in the bathroom. The staff were courteous and attentive, providing 24-hour front desk services. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, with firm pillows available for a more comfortable sleep.

The lifts took quite some time to arrive, causing some inconvenience for those wanting to move around quickly.
