The location of the hotel was amazing, nestled in a lush and beautiful environment. the wildlife was incredible, with a variety of birds and monkeys to see almost every evening. the panoramic view from the deck was breathtaking, especially during the stunning sunsets. the hotel also provided private transfers from the airport, which made it convenient and hassle-free for us.

The shower had low water pressure and very little hot water, which was disappointing. Additionally, the restaurant had some issues with the food and service.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The natural sauna seating on top of a bubbling hot spring was simply incredible. We felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after experiencing the excellent muds for the skin and natural hot springs. The short trails through the geothermal area were a great way to explore the surroundings and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff here are so attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We did notice that it gets really dark after 6 pm with very minimal lighting in those areas. However, this didn't affect our overall experience and we would still highly recommend this place to others.

We stayed at the Borinquen Thermal Resort for a relaxing luxury break. The lodge had a gorgeous balcony with stunning views of nature and sunsets. The large pool with a swim-up bar was perfect for our honeymoon. The mud baths were healing, and the horse riding and zip lining tours were amazing. Breakfast overlooking the tree-line was a treat. The staff, especially Howard and Taylor, provided exceptional service and made our experience wonderful. Thank you!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

This place is absolutely amazing! I had such a great time here. The location on top of the hill offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The spa and wellness center was a great addition, allowing me to relax and unwind. The swimming pool was refreshing, and the hot spring bath was a unique and enjoyable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious cabins that had comfortable beds and hammocks on the porches. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The location was stunning, nestled up the mountains with breathtaking views. The hotel offers transportation to nearby attractions, such as the waterfalls, making it convenient for guests. Additionally, the hotel is close to Liberia international airport, which is a great advantage for travelers. The breakfast provided was delicious, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy, including horseback riding, zip-lining, and relaxing in the pools with a swim-up bar. this place exceeded my expectations and is now one of my favorite destinations.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and a hammock on the patio. The restaurant served delicious food, including the best tenderloin I've ever had!

I recently stayed at Borinquen Thermal Resort for a relaxing getaway. The bungalows were spacious and beautiful, and the facilities were impeccable. The hot springs, mud baths, and breathtaking views were all amazing. The buffet breakfast included was hearty and delicious, and the reasonably priced dinner at the restaurant was a great option. The staff went above and beyond, and the entire property was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend staying here for a perfect vacation.

We loved the beautiful property and landscaping at this resort. The volcanic mud and steam pools were fabulous and picturesque. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience fabulous, from the receptionist to the waiter at dinner and breakfast. The food was wonderful, and the included breakfast was lovely and timely. The shuttle drivers were also spot on, always there when we needed them. Our guide, Philippe, made our last-minute hike to the waterfalls possible, and it was an amazing experience. The main pool was perfect for our daughter, not too deep. The hot spring pools were also large and enjoyable. The resort was not overcrowded with tours, which was a pleasant surprise.

We felt very well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.
