We had an incredible stay at a resort surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife. The luxurious room provided excellent services like laundry and room service. The breakfast was amazing and the property itself was stunning. We also loved the various activities offered, such as horseback riding and zip-lining.

borinquen was a hidden gem with breathtaking views and fantastic staff. the gravel road was worth it. the junior suite was huge and we loved the amenities. the property is perfect for couples, families, and honeymooners. the natural spring waters and mud baths were amazing.

The location of the hotel was amazing, nestled in a lush and beautiful environment. the wildlife was incredible, with a variety of birds and monkeys to see almost every evening. the panoramic view from the deck was breathtaking, especially during the stunning sunsets. the hotel also provided private transfers from the airport, which made it convenient and hassle-free for us.

The shower had low water pressure and very little hot water, which was disappointing. Additionally, the restaurant had some issues with the food and service.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The natural sauna seating on top of a bubbling hot spring was simply incredible. We felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after experiencing the excellent muds for the skin and natural hot springs. The short trails through the geothermal area were a great way to explore the surroundings and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff here are so attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We did notice that it gets really dark after 6 pm with very minimal lighting in those areas. However, this didn't affect our overall experience and we would still highly recommend this place to others.

The room was spacious, though we had some wasps in the room and the doors didn't shut properly. Overall I would recommend this resort for a peaceful getaway.

Our room had a massive jacuzzi bath with a stunning view of the valley. The pool was exceptional, exclusively for guests, and we loved the volcano mud experience. The spacious rooms and high quality furnishings made us feel like we were staying in a luxurious lodge. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we enjoyed trekking on the property's hiking trail without the need for guides. a truly remarkable stay!

The hot springs here are so much fun, with urns of natural mud to slap on and a wooden walkway around the pools. The three pools are perfect for a dip, and there's even a massage/treatment area. The service was excellent, except for the front desk staff who seemed uninterested and disorganized. The highlight was the horseback riding experience for the kids.

We stayed at the Borinquen Thermal Resort for a relaxing luxury break. The lodge had a gorgeous balcony with stunning views of nature and sunsets. The large pool with a swim-up bar was perfect for our honeymoon. The mud baths were healing, and the horse riding and zip lining tours were amazing. Breakfast overlooking the tree-line was a treat. The staff, especially Howard and Taylor, provided exceptional service and made our experience wonderful. Thank you!
