I loved how easy it was to walk to nearby attractions like the Myrtle Beach Ferris Wheel just a few minutes away and the beautiful boardwalk, which is perfect for morning strolls along the ocean. The hotel had nice pools and a relaxing atmosphere with a clean room that came equipped with a mini fridge and coffee machine for convenience. I really enjoyed grabbing breakfast at nearby local spots just a short walk away. But the dining facilities at the hotel could use some improvement, as the breakfast area seemed crowded with long lines for food.

Comfortable accommodations, friendly staff with two specific details being the helpful nature of the team and the spacious king suite that was perfect for our family of 4.

We were really disappointed with the housekeeping situation. Having to call for service daily felt ridiculous, especially with a full room. Trash piled up quickly, and we ended up leaving our garbage in the hall just to get rid of it.

The good things first - we absolutely loved the multiple pools and the beach access. The lazy rivers were a hit with the kids, and the outdoor games like Connect 4 and Jenga were a nice touch. The beach was clean and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jennifer at the front desk. The room itself was clean, and we appreciated the sliding glass doors that opened up to a balcony with a view of the beach. there were some areas that definitely needed improvement. The beds were uncomfortable and lumpy, leading to sore necks and backs in the morning. The pillows were too soft and flattened easily. The lack of daily housekeeping was disappointing, especially since we had to call multiple times for towels and ended up with overflowing trash in the room. The presence of a cockroach on our last day was a definite low point. the noise from neighboring rooms was bothersome, and the key card issues were frustrating, as we couldn't access certain areas of the hotel. The lack of social skills and efficiency of some front desk staff also added to the overall negative experience.

The breakfast was delightful and just a few steps from my room! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The beach access was perfect for early morning walks and sunset views!

Improvements in staff efficiency and room cleanliness are necessary. The potential is there but needs to be harnessed effectively for a standout experience.

The Wild Encounter Tour was a wild adventure that brought us up close to majestic wild cats. It was a perfect seaside getaway full of fun and entertainment for all of us.

My wife says that having a designated pet-friendly area by the pool would have been ideal.

The swift elevator was a plus, even if we had a long wait for our room. Breakfast offered a delightful selection, though the breakfast area felt cramped, with a half-hour wait. The pools looked inviting, yet the area could use a bit more attention. Access to the beach was convenient, but service could improve, especially on busy days.
