I always return for my business trip. Staff recommended great eateries first stay. Accommodations suit me: Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Laundry. I love the fit center, indoor pool, flat-screen TV, express check-out. No smoking, A/C. A perfect place for me.

The hotel is well-located with plenty of dining options and attractions nearby. Several reviews mention how easy it is to get to the beach, shopping, and mini-golf courses. We stayed at this place and it was an amazing experience! The service was excellent with very friendly staff who assisted us with everything and always welcomed us with a smile. Housekeeping did a great job in keeping our room exceptionally clean and tidy. There were also plenty of facilities available such as an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and a picnic area which we really enjoyed.

Although the pillows were a bit too light and fluffy for our liking, that was the only downside. Apart from that, we highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic service, great location near popular attractions, and the variety of amenities offered.

My room was spacious and comfortable with a small kitchen; perfect for my needs. The location was great, just a short walk to the boardwalk. Staff was helpful and provided everything I needed. I had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, very close to the beach and in a great area. It was so convenient being near the state park as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Francis at reception. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for my family with 2 kids. The breakfast had a good variety and was a nice start to the day.

The room at Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean City West was so cozy and welcoming. I loved the city view from my window, and the amenities like the fridge, microwave, and coffee machine made me feel right at home. The bed was super comfy too!

I personally found the firepit at the hotel a bit noisy at times, but I know some guests might enjoy it.

The breakfast was spot-on and the staff was always friendly and eager to help. Plus, the location was just a stone's throw away from the main attractions and the beach. the rooms were furnished comfortably and pleasantly with a clean and tidy layout to help make guests feel relaxed and at home.

There were a few negative aspects that detracted from the overall impression of the weekend. the constant noise of motorcycles was impossible to ignore during the bike event, which should have been mentioned on their website.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the modern furnishings and clean, new atmosphere at this hotel. The front desk service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who even suggested great local restaurants. The updated decor, including the barn door and window shades, added a nice touch to the rooms. We especially enjoyed the step-in shower and appreciated the extra hooks on the walls for hanging our trekking gear. The spaciousness of the shower with its glass design was absolutely beautiful. The sliding door design was also a nice feature, although it was a bit heavy to move. The hotel provided high-quality toiletries, and the breakfast served in the lobby was excellent. The location was perfect, just 2 miles away from all the action in the city and boardwalk. Plus, there was plenty of parking available and it was easy to find a spot. Many fantastic restaurants and attractions were within walking distance of the hotel.

We felt very well looked after during our stay and had absolutely no reason to complain.
