The beds were incredibly comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. the room had cute little touches like mustache coffee cups and a sliding bathroom door, which added to the overall charm.

We were disappointed with the breakfast options as the dining area was small and crowded. Additionally, the carpet in our room had a few runs/rips and the smoke detector was covered in plastic, which made us question its cleanliness.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Orem, UT. The room was incredibly comfortable, with top-quality linens and a cozy bed. I also loved the cute little touches, like the mustache coffee cups and the sliding door to the bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, with a computer room near the pool that was very helpful for me to rewrite a life sketch. The location was convenient, close to restaurants in the area. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the staff, especially the girl at the front desk, had such a nice presence after a long day of traveling. They were kind enough to provide extra pillows and anything else we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn in Orem. Our large party enjoyed the great location, friendly staff, and spacious rooms with awesome bathroom barn doors. The variety of Neutrogena products in the bathroom was a nice touch. The comfortable mattress and breakfast choices made our stay even better. The modern decor and luxury feel of the suite were outstanding. The pool and fitness room were also great amenities. We wished we had booked our entire stay here instead of switching hotels.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants and shopping. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. We loved the complimentary breakfast and the friendly service from the staff. Plus, the view from our room was breathtaking! We couldn't believe how close we were to Yellowstone National Park.

This hotel was an amazing value for the price. The location was perfect for our family trip to Yellowstone and Zion National Parks. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and had a whirlpool which was a great bonus. We appreciated having coffee in the room when it ran out. The breakfast was included and had options for all of our dietary needs.

The staff at breakfast was absolutely wonderful, making us feel appreciated and welcomed. The lobby was clean and well-maintained, and we loved having access to 24/7 cold water. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and the downtown area.

While our room was comfortable, it was unfortunate that it was located on the 4th floor next to a major freeway. The noise was quite disruptive, even with earplugs, making it difficult to have a restful night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a stunning view. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised by the treats provided each morning, including pastries and coffee. The location was great, just a short walk away from the main attractions in the city, and near a beautiful and less crowded beach. The free parking right outside the hotel was a great convenience.

The receptionist was friendly and the lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. The rooms had average size for 2 queen beds and the bathroom had a barn door that added extra space. Neutrogena products were provided in the bathroom, including French milled soaps. Extra toilet paper was promptly brought to our room.

Genuine concern by the staff

During our recent stay at Hampton Inn, my wife fell ill with a stomach flu. The staff, particularly Valarie in charge of breakfast, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Their genuine concern for our well-being was truly touching. Despite this unfortunate circumstance, we felt so cared for that we will always choose to stay at Hampton Inn in the future. Plus, the hotel is incredibly quiet, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had to wait for quite some time at the front desk to check, in as there was no staff present. It would have been more convenient if someone was available immediately.

This hotel is conveniently located close to everything in Happy Valley. We had a great time exploring the area and trying out different restaurants, all within a short distance. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms were well taken care of. We particularly enjoyed the whirlpool in our room, which was a nice touch. The breakfast had options to fit all the dietary needs in my family, with plenty of choices to start our day off right.
