This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect - right in the heart of downtown, close to all the restaurants and activities. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. And lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed and nice amenities. I particularly loved the large window, which allowed us to enjoy a beautiful view of the city.

All in all, I couldn't fault a single thing about our stay.

During my Christmas stay, the room and facilities were truly clean, and the staff was friendly. I was delighted with the location, which was convenient to the downtown area and close to parking. I appreciated the free coffee bar throughout the day, and a complimentary wine and beer hour was a pleasant surprise. the hotel's pet-friendly atmosphere was a definite plus.

The building's proximity to a busy road led to unwelcome noise levels that disturbed my sleep. The linens felt scratchy, and the window treatments were challenging to operate.

During our recent stay at Element, we were impressed by the convenient location. The hotel was situated perfectly for downtown activities, with restaurants, attractions, and sites all within a 1-2 mile radius. Additionally, the easy access to parking right in front of the entrance was a huge advantage. We also appreciated the hotel's pet-friendly policy, which included a fenced-in walking area for our furry companion.

Despite a couple of drawbacks, such as limited on-site parking and a slightly inconvenient gym location, we found our stay at Element to be exceptional. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities, along with the top-notch customer service, left a positive impression on us.

During my recent backpacking trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that was conveniently located close to everything I needed. It was just a short distance from downtown, allowing me easy access to all the restaurants, sites, and activities I wanted to explore. The parking was right in front of the entrance, which made it convenient for me to go in and out. Additionally, the hotel was extremely pet-friendly, which was a big plus for me as I was traveling with my furry companion. The outside fenced-in walking area provided a safe and comfortable space for my pet to play and stretch its legs.

I did experience one downside during my stay. Although the hotel was pet-friendly, I noticed that there were pets allowed in areas where food was being served.
