I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Phoenix/Tempe and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed starting my day with their delicious and varied breakfast options. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel for its quality and excellent service. I had a great stay and would definitely choose Hampton Inn again.

The hotel's tech center provided free access to a printer, which was very convenient for us. Additionally, there was a convenience store located right next door. The hotel's location near the highway made it easily accessible, and it was also conveniently located close to parks and other attractions. The hotel staff was cheerful and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location near ASU and convenient access with a car. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious with a good shower. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially enjoyed the waffle maker that made smaller portioned waffles.

Had issues with digital online check-in and obtaining a digital key, which required going to the front desk. The shower head in the room was not adjustable and the shower floor did not have a non-skid surface.

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Perfect distance from my reason for the trip. The shuttle service from/to the airport was highly appreciated. Generous room size and bathroom. Helpful front desk team.

Friendly staff and excellent service. We lost a pair of shoes and they went above and beyond to help us find them. Great amenities and comfortable rooms. Would recommend. Overall I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would consider staying here again.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for my trip to the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was provided.

There were a few negatives during my stay. The refrigerator in the room only stayed on for two hours at a time, which was concerning as a breast pumping mom.

The location was great, close to the mall and Tempe marketplace. Convenient for friends going out at night.

Located close to Sky Harbor and with easy access to the Loop 202, this hotel is conveniently situated to explore the Phoenix area. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and Arizona State University and other attractions are just a short drive away. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-stocked bathrooms. Breakfast is included and offers a variety of options, including fresh-squeezed juices. The fitness room and outdoor pool are great facilities for guests to enjoy.

One guest had trouble requesting an armchair for their accessible room, receiving conference chairs instead.
