Great staff, location, and super clean rooms. Walk to everything! Staff makes you feel like a family member. Love the local restaurant menu book in the lobby. Small but clean gym.

Room was small for two people with two queen beds, plus we had many suitcases and bags. Some surfaces were sticky.

We loved the well-equipped fitness center and the beautiful decor throughout the hotel. The location was perfect - we could walk to all the amazing shops and restaurants in the downtown area. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. we had a great experience as a family.

wow, Hampton Inn exceeded my expectations! Even better than my previous stay in Portsmouth. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. The hotel is modern, sleek, and spotlessly clean. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in town.

I stayed with my 14-year-old son for a night to tour the city. The location is fabulous, right by downtown, everything is walkable. The beds were among the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The bathroom was very nice, modern, and roomy. Everything was spotlessly clean. The saltwater pool was small but nice, and we used it twice. Breakfast was among the best "free" hotel breakfasts we have ever had. We went running in the morning and had a gorgeous scenic route, even went to Maine, across the bridge! Valet parking made it pleasant and easy.

The breakfast was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised to find a wide selection of fresh fruit, eggs, bacon and waffles. Plus, the parfaits were a great touch. we definitely recommend Hampton Inn for a great stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown. Not only is it close to everything you want to do in the city, but the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the large windows. The attention to detail, such as a sofa bed and a tub in the room, adds a touch of luxury. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast included in the price!

The only downside was the additional cost for parking, but overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The lobby lounge and bar were a great place to hang out with friends, and Greg at the desk gave us great recommendations for local pubs and restaurants. The room and public spaces were clean and well-appointed, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with something for everyone.

Staying in this hotel is a perfect choice for anyone wanting to be close to everything downtown along the waterfront or the main square of the town. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and the suites are always clean and very comfortable. The room features a full size refrigerator, cooktop, and dishwasher, and some suites have a lovely view. The social hours on weekdays are a nice touch to gather, and the free shuttle to downtown was a great perk.

The hotel parking could be improved upon as the valet service is slightly inconvenient.
