Our stay at the Hampton Inn in downtown Roanoke was excellent. We felt like we got great value for our money, with a spacious and comfortable room. The location was ideal, within walking distance of fun attractions like the Mast General Store and the Roanoke Pinball Museum. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Tasha who went above and beyond to assist us during check-out. We can't wait to come back in two weeks for work!

The bed was comfy and the room was clean. the hotel was conveniently located in a key spot, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

One of the elevators was out of service during our stay, which was inconvenient, especially when returning to our room late at night. We also encountered an issue with vomit in one of the elevators, and the front desk staff were unable to effectively address the situation.

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding and it was the perfect location. Within walking distance of the wedding venue, it was also conveniently situated near a farmer's market and lots of shops. I had a spacious suite with a well-lit room and city views. The breakfast had an abundance of options and was delicious. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfy. I loved being able to explore downtown on foot.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms were comfortable and had upscale decor, including those new style upholstered squares to sit on. Plus, my room had a view of the city which was amazing. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic with a great assortment of choices. I had a great experience and I will definitely book this hotel again for future trips.
