The hotel had a strong old smell throughout, especially in the hallways and rooms. the hot tub needed repair and the pool water was not clear.

I had a great experience at Hampton Inn! When I arrived, I was exhausted from being out in the sun all day and my car's AC had broken. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and understanding. I really appreciated her kindness and assistance in a difficult situation. I highly recommend this hotel for their amazing staff and exceptional service.

Location of the hotel was great and convenient for shopping and dining. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the staff was friendly, professional, and kind, providing excellent service. the pool area was fantastic and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot coffee, muffins, and instant oatmeal.

The pool water was uncomfortably cold, and there were not enough towels available. Guests had to take towels from their rooms to the pool and were left without towels for showering.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the airport. The location was extremely convenient for our early morning flight, and we were impressed with the free 24-hour shuttle service. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities, including tea, coffee, and hot cocoa available all day. The staff, especially JC at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We requested an early check-in due to a wedding we had to attend, and JC made it happen, allowing us to check-in early and arrive at the church on time. The excellent service made our stay even more pleasant.

The breakfast buffet at this hotel is simply outstanding! Not only is every item fresh and beautifully presented, but they also offer special treats like fresh smoothies and delicious baked goods. During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by how close it was to the airport. It made my travels much easier by saving me time on transportation, as they offer a free airport shuttle. The amenities in the room were great, too. I appreciated having ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and free Wi-Fi. The service here was also top-notch with kind staff who were always available to help me with anything I needed. Lastly, the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

During our Christmas stay, we had a great experience at this hotel. the location was perfect, being near the airport made our travel convenient. We also loved that there were plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, which saved us a lot of time. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was wonderful, providing a great start to each day.

One thing that we didn't appreciate was the front desk staff constantly trying to upsell us. They told us stories about not having our room available and trying to get us to buy a more expensive room.

The price, convenient location near airport, helpful staff, suggested dining options, quiet surroundings.
