The staff was super and very informative. The kitchen was awesome and the food was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The breakfast had a variety of drinks for the kids and the chef made sure we were satisfied. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a good location for accessing shops, restaurants, downtown, and Baylor.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything worth doing in the area. It’s right by an outdoor mall and the Marketplace, making it easy to grab a quick bite or shop. The room was clean and comfortable with amenities like a Jacuzzi suite and fully stocked kitchen. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious.

The fitness center could use some improvements, as the equipment is worn and the TV channels limited.

I had a great experience booking a room at Hampton Inn in Waco on short notice. The rate I got was fantastic and the facility was in a convenient location near shopping, restaurants, and the party venue. The room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. We had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and shops. the breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the comfortable and spacious room, which was already cool upon arrival.
