This was our first time staying at Hyatt House and we were pleased with our experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers free shuttle service. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable, providing a safe and relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. As youngsters, we loved the spacious king size suite with a small apartment-like layout. The room had all the necessary appliances, a regular fridge, and a stove top that allowed us to fix our own meals. The security feature in the elevator impressed us, and it really felt like a home away from home.

The hotel's location was really convenient as it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle service. the rooms were clean and comfortable, which was a nice surprise. the staff was friendly and always available to help with anything we needed.

the hotel was situated too far away from any restaurants and the hotel's restaurant didn't open until 5:30 pm. our attempts to communicate with the hotel about the airport shuttle bus were unfruitful, and it cost us a fortune to get to the hotel from the airport.
