I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Walla Walla for a weekend getaway. The room and bed were incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was spacious and spotless. The included breakfast had a great variety of options and was delicious. One of the desk staff, a young man, went above and beyond by driving us to town for dinner and picking us up afterward. The staff's friendliness and willingness to accommodate our needs truly made our stay memorable. Additionally, they were even kind enough to make space in their freezer for the frozen food we brought with us.

The hotel's location, although not the best, was still convenient as it was situated between a 4-lane highway and a fairly busy city street. Despite this, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel was near a BMX park and disc golf course, providing some outdoor entertainment options. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The basic amenities provided, such as the mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, added to the convenience and comfort of the rooms.

Everything at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

I loved that Hampton Inn And Suites provided a free shuttle to the airport and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even made room in the freezer for my frozen food! The location was quiet and conveniently close to a BMX park and disc golf course. The breakfast was nice and the hostess in the breakfast area was sweet. a great stay for someone like me who enjoys being in direct touch with nature.

Felt like royalty, no complaints.

I had a wonderful stay in a suburban hotel with top-notch hospitality. The location is away from the highway and close to a hospital where my family was during their recovery from an accident. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with daily refreshing and replenishing of coffee, water, and cookies. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a variety of fresh food. The staff was friendly and always eager to assist. The lobby facility was perfect for relaxation and work, and there was plenty of space to sit and enjoy the day.

The towel bars in the bathroom were not enough for all of my personal items, and the towels had nowhere to hang.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs and the parking was convenient. We also appreciated the EV charging availability. The room was clean and comfortable, with windows that opened for fresh air. The bed provided a good night's sleep. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The lobby facility was nice and provided a comfortable and quiet space for work. Miss Vickie Kitchen, in charge of breakfast, was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast selections were delicious and plentiful. The room size was great, and the toiletries provided were excellent. The staff, including Jazz at check-in, was friendly and accommodating.
