All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

Great location near shopping and dining! Loved the warm chocolate chip cookies and refreshing citrus water in the lobby. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with an array of options. Online check-in was a breeze, and I snagged a super comfy room with two queen beds that fit my family perfectly. Just what we needed for our one-night stay!

However, I wish the hotel could magically fix a bed made of crumbs. Seriously, it felt like I was sleeping on a snack platter!

Unexpectedly excellent breakfast choices like omelets and waffles! Plus, the warm chocolate chip cookies were a delightful treat while the staff was incredibly friendly during my stay.

The inconsistent housekeeping was a concern, leading to frustrations about dirty linens and maintenance issues not being promptly addressed.

the location is super close to the freeway and has lots of shopping places. the staff is friendly and super helpful, they fixed my room locks really quickly! breakfast was great, especially the turkey sausage, and the pool was refreshing in the heat. plus, being able to charge my tesla for free was amazin!

but the EV charging spots were often taken and there was no pet area for my dog. also, they had some weird stuff going on with unauthorized charges when i checked in.

Our room was super spacious and clean, which was a nice surprise! We got a King Suite with a fold-out couch, perfect for the family. And having a bathroom with a tub was great since traveling with kids. The breakfast choices were way more than I expected, especially the pre-made omelets. Plus, the warm chocolate chip cookies in the lobby? Total win!

Dylan and Ally were fantastic, super helpful and made check-in a breeze. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the text updates before arrival. Definitely a comfy spot for a quick trip!

But the walls could use a soundproofing upgrade—I felt like I was hosting a sleepover with my neighbors. Also, finding my way around was like a mini road trip—why was I driving everywhere! ?
