This luxurious hotel in the heart of the city exceeded my expectations. The location couldn't be better, right in the centre of everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The room was elegant and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast in the morning was exceptional.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

loved the hotel, staff were excellent. gorgeous room with comfy bed and snuggly pillows. fabulous bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bath. yummy and healthy breakfast. wouldn't hesitate to return.

Dimly lit rooms.

Amazing room with beautiful decor and a private mezzanine. the manager was attentive and even surprised us with a bottle of bubbles for our anniversary. the dinner was superb, although the wait between courses was a bit long. the atmosphere was buzzing and the staff were great. One of the best aspects was the convenient location, close to key attractions.

The breakfast was a disappointment. the boiled eggs were barely cooked and cold, and the poached eggs were hard.

I stayed at the Amazing hotel recently and had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were lovely and very accommodating when there was a mixup with my payment. The room I stayed in, Chapel Down, had a large and very comfy bed, amazing shower and bath facilities, and a TV. The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely faultless, and the dining room had a warm and inviting vibe. I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a great experience at the Amazing hotel and would highly recommend it.

We were beyond thrilled when we found out that Dawn French was staying at the hotel. It was such a special night out to see her perform, and the fact that she was also staying there made it even more amazing.

The value for money at Hotel Du Vin was excellent, with spacious rooms and luxurious amenities. The location was perfect, within walking distance of museums and a concert hall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There are also good minibar and room service facilities available. The hotel is dog-friendly and offers free parking, if you can secure one of the limited spaces.

Poor lighting in the rooms, making reading difficult.

On our honeymoon, we were delighted to be upgraded to Hotel Du Vin's best suite. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and a quick, delicious room service. We truly appreciated their helpfulness. We will definitely return!
