Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Our stay at this hotel was great value for the money. The rooms were comfortable and had a cozy feel to them. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.

The room was clean and felt safe, and the location was convenient with easy access to the interstate, Starbucks, and Walmart. The staff, particularly Mr Carl DeBose, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and even provided a special gift for my daughter who was heading to military service at Maxwell AFB. Kudos to him for his outstanding service!

Breakfast choices could be improved. When we arrived on a Sunday morning, there was nothing left and only cereal was available.

There were some negatives aspects to our stay. the check, in process took longer than expected due to a computer issue, causing a delay of over 15 minutes.

We stayed at Hampton Inn for one night during a road trip. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable , and the rooms had a nice, homey feel. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the shower was absolutely heavenly. The shampoo and conditioner provided were also great.

Convenient Location: the hotel is located near the interstate and historic district, which made it easy for us to explore the city without spending too much time traveling. Early Check-In: We were able to check in early and leave our luggage in the room, allowing us to start exploring the downtown area right away. Comfortable Accommodations: the hotel had comfortable beds and a great shower, ensuring a good night's sleep and a refreshing start to the day.

Overcharging Issue: There was an issue with the hotel charging more than they should have, and they didn't handle it well.
